Thrifty Thursday - Christmas Dishes

Posted early to meet another blog deadline.

I love yard sales...it is always an adventure from when The Boss and I leave the demons and go...a few weeks ago I was delighted to see (in part) this:

 In total, it was a serving for 8, including these serving pieces - I couldn't believe my luck - it was my pattern - and ONLY $25.O00!!!  I just now priced a service for 4 and it is $110.00 excluding shipping.  I already have a service for 8 (without serving pieces or coffee pot)...I'm going to be throwing a big party this year!

Another Opportunity to Spend Money and Save Money

I was just alerted to a new consignment sale this weekend in Ringgold, called the Grown Zone Upscale Resale .  According to their website: The Grown Zone is a new annual adult consignment sale held in Northwest Georgia.  The owners of The Kid's Zone semi-annual consignment sale had many request to do an adult sale, and The Grown Zone was born.  The Grown Zone's consignors and customers understand value and can also appreciate the tremendous BARGAINS that are truly the secret of consignment shopping.   Sounds like us, huh?

The sale is located right off I-75: Exit 353, first GA exit from Chatt. GATEWAY MALL 4031 Cloud Springs Rd. Ringgold, GA.  Please drive all the way around the BACK of Gateway Mall to get to the sale.

If you are wondering, what's the deal on the house?  It is a historic home in Ringgold, Georgia and mine and The Boss's dream home.
